Design build of a new two-story Corporate Headquarters for Gregory Pest Solutions located just off I-385 in Greenville, SC. The 3.4 acre site was a complete package with clearing of a wooded site, grading, detention pond, new utility services, sewer main extension, parking, 385 ROW work, encroachment/ROW/DHEC permitting, landscaping and more. As of June 2017, the new 13,400 sq. ft. building houses the company’s Headquarters which consists of the operation and administrative offices along with conference and training rooms. The building was also designed for a future expansion which will increase the footprint approximately 4,000 sq. ft., or 17,400 sq. ft. total.
