Our Preconstruction Division provides comprehensive planning, coordination, and management of commercial construction projects. Its purpose is to facilitate early decision-making such as site selection, feasibility studies, budget development, and construction type comparisons. We can manage every aspect of the preconstruction process and provide the client with a clear understanding of what the project will entail, how it will be executed, and the timeline for each stage’s completion.
Our Construction Division provides full-service building for commercial and industrial construction projects. We have experience across a variety of industries throughout the Carolinas and eastern Tennessee including healthcare, higher education, aviation and municipalities.
