Todd was born in Charleston, SC, grew up outside of Atlanta, and came to Greenville to attend Furman University. While there, Todd received a Bachelor of Science degree and met his wife, Suzanne. They have lived and raised their family in Greenville for over 27 years. Todd started his construction career immediately following the completion of his degree. He spent the first three years of his career working in the field with tools strapped to his waist, learning the business, and developing a love for construction. For the last 25 years, Todd has been managing large construction projects, performing business development, and running company operations while continuously making clients happy with their construction experience and developing a reputation for being a Mavin in his field. Todd participates in the Upstate community by giving his time to many organizations, some of which have included: Julie Valentine Center, Furman Alumni Board, City of Greenville Design Review Board, Furman Parents Council, Leadership Council and Associate Member of The Hill Institute for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, and the Poinsett Club Building & Grounds Committee. He is a graduate of Leadership Greenville Class 37, Riley Institute’s DLI program, and Furman’s Liberal Arts Leadership program. Todd enjoys spending time his wife and being active with his boys (Jack and Graham), as well as snow skiing, wake surfing, hiking, wing shooting, and he attends St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church.
