Renovation to the first floor, roughly 4,668 square feet, of a 21,788 square foot three-story building located one block off Main Street in downtown Greenville, SC. The ground level was transformed into a new home for Nelson and Galbreath Real Estate Attorney’s offices. The building exterior was brought back to life with new awnings, ADA compliant ramp and updated signage.
Once inside, clients are greeted by a large reception area filled windows and modern furnishings which leads to several conference rooms, an open office area and private office suites.
Mavin then renovated the third floor to accommodate two new tenants.
