The upfit of this 7,173 SF space included exterior site improvements as well as a new exterior façade to modernize the building’s appearance. Two tenants occupy the finished space (Elmore Goldsmith Kelley and deHoll and Strategic Development Group) and there is a shared common space between the office areas.
