Expected to be completed in early 2025, this project consists of new construction of approximately 37,000 finished SF. Building will be mixed Occupancy classification of “B” and “I-2”. Program currently consists of a 6 Pod Medical Office Building, Physical Therapy Gym and Support Space, Imaging, Lab, Pharmacy (no compounding), and a 12 Room Free-Standing Emergency Department.
