This was a design build project to rebrand an existing 4,500 sq. ft. branch bank that the owner purchased. We worked with McMillan Pazdan Smith Architecture to develop a scope within the owners’ budget and allowed them to open the branch on schedule. The scope consisted of an exterior renovation including new stone veneer, wood elements, painting and exterior signage along with interior renovations to include floor coverings, painting and a new kiosk. This project was completed on schedule with 100% of the contingency allowance returned to the owner at project completion as savings.
