Restoration and renovation of an abandoned building in the Pendleton Street Arts District in Greenville. The project required complete removal and reframing of a portion of the roof and masonry restoration of interior and exterior brick walls. The project involved concrete floor leveling and topping and much of the accessibility had to be coordinated in the field during construction. The installation of the new systems created thermal barrier challenges that had to be addressed as well.
