This was a design build project where Mavin supported Calidus Holdings and DOM360 (Dealer Online Marketing) in the purchase and renovation of a two-story 14,037 sq. ft. office building in downtown Greenville. The existing building was converted to serve as a multi-tenant facility. All HVAC equipment was updated and replaced and the interior spaces were completely demolished and reconfigured to serve as the Corporate Headquarters for DOM360. The exterior of the building was modified to be rebranded and the site features were updated to include new asphalt seal coats and landscaping. The project was completed in 12 weeks and savings was delivered under budget.
